REQord is an exciting electronic ordering system we offer schools, and it offers:
- Multiple Approval Stages: Several approval levels including requiring co-ordinators and admin. - Linking to C21 Budgets: REQord offers in depth and flexible budgeting options. o Staff creating or approving reqs can see the budget remaining (essentially the CASES21 subprogram variance report). o Assign staff only the subprograms they need. Only GL relevant Codes are shown for the subprogram. o Set you own tolerances for exceeding budgets anywhere from strict to no restrictions at all. o Align REQord with CASES21 budgets at any time. o Track budgets outside of CASES21 - Lock Out Staff: When orders are finished for the year, lock out REQord to all but admin users. - Import Staff Signatures: Have staff signatures imported to avoid them having to physically sign orders. - Many Other Features: We have implemented many more features as requested by schools.
Having a REQord trial working at your school REQord can be set up at your school free of charge for you to have a play with for a month or so, to see if it is for you. We will help you import your budgets, creditors, etc and get you going so that you can do real orders. If you decide you are happy with the system and want to buy it, we can convert the trial to the full version and you can just keep going with what you have already done ?you don’t need to start again from scratch.
